• Manage core People processes across the entire employee lifecycle ensuring they not only run smoothly but actively elevate clarity, performance, and team experience.
• Act as a Business Partner, building strong working relationships across the company and offering thoughtful guidance on people decisions, team dynamics, and employee relations cases.
• Work directly with People & Culture leadership to shape and implement our new Leadership Academy, contributing to concept, structure, and rollout support.

• Lead and develop the Recruiting Operations and Coordination teams.
• Design, refine, and document end-to-end recruiting workflows that balance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Drive major initiatives and programs, including referrals, interview training, onboarding, and employer brand work.

You will develop and drive Gauntlet's recruiting strategy by creating innovative strategies to find, engage, and hire top crypto talent anywhere in the world. You will be responsible for executing a diverse and inclusive hiring strategy, analyzing and reporting on progress to team leads regularly, as well as facilitating a positive interview experience for candidates and internal interviewers.

The Sr. Director/VP People Operations reporting to the CPO will be responsible for transforming People & Culture into a service platform that drives innovative, scalable processes and leverages AI and automation to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. A successful candidate will lead and manage core HR operations, systems, and compliance, including HRIS, Data analytics, immigration support.
